I'm Pam Melin. I grew up here in Palmer, and raised my kids here, too. I live here - and so do they - because we believe in our community. Palmer can thrive with the right leadership in municipal government. We must put families, businesses, and neighborhoods first. We deserve nothing less. As your next City Councilmember, I'll earn your vote and deliver because integrity in government matters.

WHY I'M RUNNING
The economic impacts over the last two years have been devastating for Alaskans. Fortunately, I am a business executive who understands bottom lines and payrolls. I am a problem-solver and consensus-builder. I’m not a fan of burdensome restrictions on businesses, employees, and homeowners. With over 19 years of experience in business development, market expansion, and relationship management, and also as a member of the City of Palmer’s Planning & Zoning Commission, I’ll hit the ground running as your next Palmer City Councilmember without a learning curve.
As a constitutional conservative, pro-life, pro-gun, I believe in election integrity and put the people first. I respect the right of fellow Palmer residents to have opinions - and I listen.
My primary goal is to improve municipal government while earning your trust as a public servant.
